To do is no small feat. Little Raven street is closed and a whopper of a crane is set up to pull down pieces of the second crane. Funky stuff is going on and even the construction workers are taking photos. If you look closely you can see some small dots up in the crane. Those are the high flying workers who are dismantling this monster hundreds of feet above the ground.

I love the way the base stays suspended with those huge plates on the street and the wheels suspended in the air.

Cool.

Thats right, the ONE Townhomes are naked.

That green fenced in walkway that has been in front of them has been removed and you can now check them out street side. These are a great addition to Little Raven and give the street scape a wonderful look. Just imagine living in these luxury townhomes with views out the park.

I have been in a photographic mood this week so here are some pics of the New ONE Riverfront Building that is almost ready for folks to move in.  The poured concrete and glass wall system looks awesome.

Yesterday The Park at ONE Riverfront launched in Riverfront Park. Only 18 residences are in this building, 9 facing Commons Park and 9 facing the city in this 3 story building nestled right in the Union Station View Corridor.

Okay, as long as there was an opportunity to be in the building it was worth grabbing some images of the new ONE Riverfront building. Now that the Glass Walls are up and the Townhomes are in place you can see where the mahogany plaza will be. This very cool building has some amazing concrete pours, with almost no flaws or bugholes. Smooooooooooooth and cool. Can’t wait to see this from the park with the glass all lit up.

ONE Riverfront has been selling fast, and the developer has announced that effective January 1st construction prices go up.

With the Union Station Neighborhood on the way, this area is going to be hotter than ever. And buildings on Commons Park are not very common, so this ONE (no pun intended) is worth looking into before 2007 arrives.

Well something new is underway on Little Raven in Riverfront Park, and it is the Park at ONE Riverfront. You can see the construction team working one level below grade as they pour the parking garage and set up the beginning of the stairwell.

If you look closely in the background you can see Union Station, as this building with be right in the Union Station view corridor. How awesome will that be, Commons Park on the front and the Union Station corridor to the back.

The outside stairwell is underconstruction for ONE Riverfront. Soon the full shape and construction will be in place.

Great View shot from unit 703 in ONE Riverfront. The glass wall system is now almost complete and this building next to Glass House has views into the Union Station View Corridor and out to the Commons Park, just pick your favorite side.
