Highland Tap and Burger Hosts Super Bowl Bash

DENVER, CO – Highland Tap and Burger is hosting an-all day Super Bowl bash offering something for everyone from early-risers to pre-game tailgaters.

The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. with brunch, bottomless Mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar. The party moves to the patio from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with beer, burgers, and sausage. And the big game will be broadcast on sixteen 50” screens well situated throughout the restaurant. Seating is first come first serve. Arrive early to secure a table during the bash.

Located in the heart of Denver’s Highland neighborhood at 2219 W. 32nd Avenue, Highland Tap and Burger opened last fall in the space once occupied by Aztec Sol. The tap house features a 3,500-square foot dining area anchored by an old-style mahogany bar, with seating for 160. The 1,000-square foot patio can accommodate an additional 50 people and features a gas-powered fire pit.

Modeled after an East Coast-style tavern, Highland Tap and Burger offers locally-brewed beer and fresh, high-quality food in a friendly, customer-centered environment. The bar has 18 Colorado-crafted beers on tap and a menu of sandwiches, salads and appetizers ranging in price from $5 to $12. Chef Eli Odell elevates typical bar fare with such signature dishes as the “Tap Burger,” which combines locally sourced Angus beef and root beer pulled pork with a pilsner onion ring, American and Cheddar cheeses and a special tap sauce.

Dedicated to its community, Highland Tap and Burger is a sponsor of the North High School wrestling team and has hosted fundraisers for A.C.T.S Resource Center and Servicios de la Raza among others.
