I just saw a question posed by someone looking for the best place to live downtown with a family. They want the lifestyle of downtown living, restaurants, cinema, the arts, entertainment. They did not want to live in a purely residential suburb. So here is the question I pose for downtown development.

What is the most important need to Encourage Families to live Downtown?
