Denver’s best French Restaurant is…

Oh La La, we all love French food. Rich and delicious, it makes us want to pack our bags and head straight over to Paris where we can enjoy decadent food, great wine, and some wonderful sights. I have often thought it would be fun to live in Paris or somewhere in France for a year or so. How great would it be to immerse yourself in the culture, learn the language (which I can do a little of), and above all else go on an exploration of how to cook French food and pair it with the best French wine.

But since reality has a tendency to cramp the style on this idea the next best thing is to find authentic French cuisine in your back yard and have a virtual experience whenever you want. The question is where to go? Who has the best French cooking, the best wine, and of course the most authentic of both. French Fries don’t count, lets hear your vote and comment on your reason.
