Urban Life in Denver

Denver’s Best Neighborhood to invest in is… (7 of 10)

Investment

Sure we want to love where we live, but it’s not bad if we get some nice appreciation along the way. The nice thing about real estate is you get a chance to enjoy your investment while you live in it.

Plus after the crazy things that have happened with the stock market I like the solid factor of real estate. So whether it is a bet on an up and coming neighborhood or one that is just turning around, Denver has many options.

  1. Thanks for your votes, but can you also share the thinking behind them. My guess is that the CPV is a top vote because of the new Union Station Neighborhood plan and the planned expansion.

I am also guessing the votes for Five Points is because it is the one that has some of the lowest buy in costs and could be ready to pop. Whatever your thoughts, share them because it makes the votes more valuable.

  2. Ballpark gets my vote because prices are still affordable and there is a nice mix of residential and retail development going on. Rumor has it that the large lot where they hold what I think is the Ballpark or Larimer Market could be the perfect spot for a downtown grocery store.
