    Columbine on 1st and Federal. the chef is a steak nazi, that is know what you want when addressing him. otherwise you will get skimpy portions. but the steak is always great! prime cuts and prepared correctly, for a reasonable price.

    THE Aurora Summit, without a doubt beats all of those out (Emilenes used to be the place but it’s gone now). In Denver, Satire lounge has a mean steak and the cook is the best!
